Description — Permanently Closed

The Tomato opened in downtown Sanger, TX in 20111 as a follow-on to The Tomato near the University of North Texas, which had previously done business as the “Flying Tomato.” The Tomato in Sanger was only in business for a year, perhaps due to the long distance away from a college campus.

Unfortunately, The Tomato closed its doors in 2012.2
